In order to continue serving their patrons, Ringside Steakhouse, one of Portland’s oldest high-end steakhouses, moved their operation to the Fox Tower downtown to begin construction on the highly anticipated addition and renovations of their West Burnside location.
Along with structural upgrades and a new parking lot, the seven month project included a 3,500-square-foot addition which enlarged the kitchen, bar and dining area, added second floor offices and a new 10,000 bottle wine cellar.
