At the heart of this project was the transformation of the central plaza into a vibrant community hub. The renovation introduced covered seating areas, a community stage, a modern playground, a synthetic lawn for gatherings, and refreshed concrete hardscapes with enhanced landscaping. Beyond the plaza, upgrades extended to the shopping center’s façade, including stucco repairs, fresh paint, and the installation of new thin brick, tile, metal panels, storefronts, and canopies. Throughout construction, the shopping center remained fully operational, with careful planning ensuring safe access for tenants and visitors. Completed on time and within budget, this project revitalized the space while preserving accessibility and functionality.
