Building construction includes concrete footings and slab on grade, pre-fabricated metal building, CMU columns and walls, structural framing, interior framing and drywall, interior finishes, tiled restrooms, fully automatic fire sprinkler and alarm systems, complete electrical system, lighting, plumbing and mechanical systems. The garden center construction will consist of concrete footings and slab on grade, CMU and metal building walls and architectural fencing. Site work will include mass excavation; complete underground utility installation to provide site drainage and service the new building; grading, cuts and fills; landscaping and irrigation; curbs, gutter and sidewalks; asphalt paving; striping and signage.
