The Home Depot – Renton, WA

This project included the transformation of the former Sam’s Club into The Home Depot in Renton, WA. Spanning 138,000 SF, this project involved a complete renovation, including the integration of new office spaces, an 8,000 SF garden center, and essential sitework such as piles and grade beams to support The Home Depot’s requirements. Electrical upgrades, landscaping, hardscaping, and utility improvements further enhance the store’s functionality and aesthetics. With the successful grand opening celebrated in May 2023, this project stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence and collaboration, promising to serve as a vibrant hub for the Renton community for years to come.
