Costco Maui’s scope of work included adding an additional four acres onto the site, 29,000-square-feet onto the building and remodeling the existing warehouse.

The project was completed in numerous phases which allowed the store to remain open during construction and not inconvenience the members. Expansion of the building created the United States largest food service area which is only possible in Hawaii. Hazardous waste was encountered on the project and RCC worked with local jurisdictions to remediate the site and helped create and implement a site health and safety plan.

Fuel Facility
Containing ten islands with 20 pumps covered by a 4,800 SF canopy, Maui is now home to Costco’s largest fuel facility.
In order to connect the parking lot to the fuel facility, the project required the construction of a 300-foot bridge over a canal. Hazardous waste was encountered on the project and RCC worked with local jurisdictions to remediate the site and helped create and implement a site health and safety plan.
