Project Overview


The Northgate Marketplace project was an expansion to an existing retail center situated in the heart of Southern Oregon’s esteemed shopping district, Rogue Valley. The project scope encompassed the construction of nine shell buildings alongside the execution of 20 tenant improvement endeavors. The project involved 18 acres of site work, which included the development of a visually appealing pedestrian plaza adorned with decorative elements and a communal firepit for gatherings. Internal roadways and associated parking areas were constructed to enhance accessibility and convenience for visitors.

Among the notable tenant improvement projects were the establishment of renowned brands such as Marshalls, HomeGoods, Carters, and the esteemed Ram Restaurant & Brewery. The Northgate Marketplace project was brought to fruition within a commendable timeframe of 10 months, meeting the designated timeline and adhering to the allocated budget as promised. This successful completion stands as a testament to Robinson Construction Co.’s unwavering commitment to excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
