The Trails at Silverdale

Project Overview

Situated on an 18 acre site, this retail development is over 212,000 SF, accommodating 24 tenants. Positioned against a backdrop of old-growth timber and natural wetlands, with picturesque vistas of Mt. Rainier and Puget Sound, this project seamlessly integrates into its scenic surroundings. Robinson partnered with CenterCal Properties to bring this vision to life, constructing five shell buildings, implementing numerous tenant improvements, and executing extensive onsite and offsite work.

The site’s forested hillside setting, enveloped by lush landscaping and Puget Sound views, inspired the incorporation of design elements like cedar storefronts, EIFS, and fabric awnings, harmonizing with the natural environment. Notable features include soldier pile and lock and load retaining walls, a 365’ x 120’ stormwater detention vault, and offsite wetland mitigation efforts. The Trails at Silverdale now houses 26 tenants, including retail stores, restaurants, and outdoor courtyards with fire pits, offering visitors a vibrant and inviting shopping and dining experience.
