Nestled in the scenic hills of Weatherford, TX, this newly completed Costco Warehouse stands as a testament to strategic engineering and resilient teamwork. The site required three robust retaining walls to bring the terrain to grade, all while contending with an unexpected string of rain events; rare for the region. Despite the weather, the team delivered the project on time, officially opening in March 2025.
Beyond the site itself, the scope extended to critical infrastructure upgrades, including enhancements to TxDOT Highway 20, two additional city roadways, and the installation of a new traffic signal, improving access and traffic flow for the entire community.
The warehouse showcases a pre-engineered metal building with sturdy masonry stem walls and features Costco’s cutting-edge new canopy design, bringing both function and modern aesthetic to the location.
