The Home Depot – Maricopa, AZ

Project Overview

Robinson Construction completed the ground-up construction of a new 110,000-square-foot Home Depot store on an 11-acre site designed for future development, including six additional outlots. The project centered around a pre-engineered Butler metal building and included a 30,000-square-foot covered garden center. Our scope encompassed the full building shell, structural canopies, comprehensive interior tenant improvements, and installation of owner-furnished equipment and finishes.

We delivered complete mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems—including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, and energy management. Site development was equally extensive, featuring mass excavation, grading, stormwater detention/retention, underground utilities, asphalt and concrete paving, curbs, striping, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, retaining walls, and site lighting—resulting in a fully integrated and turnkey commercial retail site.
