The Clatsop County Courthouse was revitalized by Robinson through careful planning and strategic phasing, ensuring that all three buildings remained operational and accessible to the public at every stage of construction. By bidding the project in three bid packages, we facilitated seamless coordination and logistics, minimizing disruption while maximizing efficiency. Robinson’s dedication to precision was evident in our thorough site assessments, with multiple visits to survey and verify existing conditions both inside and out. Collaborating closely with the design team’s water intrusion expert, we examined the condition and lifespan of the existing roof, ensuring structural integrity and longevity. Prioritizing the well-being of workers and the community, our safety director conducted a comprehensive review of asbestos and lead abatement reports to develop a robust safety plan.
