The project included construction of a new 41,0000 SF, two-story transportation and support services facility. The structure consists of exterior concrete tilt-walls and interior CMU and metal framed walls. The sitework involved 25,000 SF of new concrete paving and 184,000 SF of asphalt paving. The building serves as the hub for the district’s bus fleet and houses the district’s maintenance department. Robinson collaborated with the district to keep change order costs low for the added offsite improvements required to receive the building permit.
