The Greenburg Office project consisted of transforming an existing 45,000 SF office building in Tigard, Oregon, into a vibrant hub for athletic training and recreation. This comprehensive renovation included improvements to a 25,000 SF space specifically tailored for D-Bat, a premier indoor baseball and softball training facility. Additionally, the project welcomed Northwest Fencing Center (NWFC) as a new tenant, specializing in foil and epee fencing classes, camps, and private lessons. This endeavor not only revitalized the building but also enriches the community by providing modern athletic facilities.
