This project features a 160,106 square foot pre-engineered metal warehouse with three mezzanines. The building includes unit masonry stem walls, metal siding, a metal roof system, and a concrete slab-on-grade foundation. Scope also includes comprehensive sitework improvements, construction of a new fuel facility, TxDOT roadway infrastructure, and development of surrounding outparcels.
