In the heart of the booming Prasada development, Robinson delivered a new Home Depot designed to serve the rapidly growing community of Surprise, Arizona. The 107,000-square-foot store rises from a pre-engineered metal building system and expands into a vibrant Garden Center, supported by a full suite of interior spaces including offices, restrooms, break areas, a training room, and the Tool Rental Center that keeps DIY projects moving.
Beyond the walls, the surrounding site was transformed with new utilities, paving, landscaping, lighting, and stormwater improvements, everything needed to support a modern retail environment from day one. More than a store, this project now stands as a new hub for builders, homeowners, and creators across the West Valley.
