Lowe’s Home Improvement – Kahului, HI

This project comprised the 162,000 SF Lowe’s Home Improvement warehouse and garden center in Kahului, Hawaii. The project was led by Project Manager Rob Porter, who meticulously oversaw every aspect of the construction process, while working closely with Lowe’s HIW and SSOE Group. Notably, the majority of subcontractors involved in this project were from Maui, underlining our commitment to supporting local businesses and talent. The construction, employing concrete tilt-up methods, swiftly erected 80 panels in just eight days, showcasing the efficiency and expertise of our team. Additionally, our scope of work extended beyond the building itself, covering sitework, parking lot construction, and meticulous landscaping to seamlessly integrate the facility into its surroundings.
