Classroom Addition
This project involves the construction of a new ±6,000 SF classroom addition on the east side of the existing school. The addition will include four classrooms, circulation corridors, and support spaces. Selective demolition at the building façade is required for the structural tie-in, along with temporary egress provisions during construction. Site improvements include new sidewalks, fencing, a school garden, a soft play area with play structure, upgraded stormwater catch basins, and enhanced landscaping.
