D-Bat Indoor Training Facility

As part of the larger Greenburg Office project, Robinson transformed a portion of a 45,000-square-foot office building into a dynamic indoor training facility for D-Bat, a premier provider of baseball and softball instruction. This 25,000-square-foot tenant improvement included selective demolition, new MEP systems, and the installation of specialized sports flooring, netting systems, and acoustic treatments to accommodate multiple batting cages, pitching lanes, and coaching areas. The fully climate-controlled space supports year-round training and was carefully designed in collaboration with the franchise to meet D-Bat’s national performance standards.
