Costco Wholesale – Bend, OR

Project Overview

Set against the backdrop of Central Oregon’s stunning high-desert landscape, Robinson delivered the new Costco in Bend, a modern, expanded replacement for the former store that long served the community. Now 17% larger and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing region, the facility offers more space, more efficiency, and more convenience for members.

The new campus includes a high-capacity gas station with 32 pumps, a two-story pharmacy, and enhanced member services throughout the building. Behind the scenes, the addition of a Market Delivery Operations (MDO) center transforms how large, bulky items, like appliances and furniture, arrive at members’ doorsteps, bringing a new level of speed and reliability to Bend’s retail landscape.

More than an upgrade, this project represents a major step forward for the community: a modern regional hub built to support Bend’s continued growth for years to come.
