Robinson completed the ground-up construction of a 156,000 SF Costco warehouse in Prosper, Texas, delivering a high-performance retail facility designed to serve one of the fastest-growing communities in the state. The project scope extended far beyond the building itself—encompassing full site development, a fuel facility, extensive parking, and major off-site improvements.
Key infrastructure work included roadway demolition, utility relocations, new utility and roadway systems, enhancements to an adjacent highway, and the installation of a new signalized intersection to support increased traffic flow. The building features a modified pre-engineered metal structure with durable CMU walls and a fully built-out interior including a sales floor, pharmacy, food preparation areas, offices, and walk-in freezer and cooler boxes.
This project highlights Robinson’s ability to manage large-scale retail developments with complex site logistics and public infrastructure coordination—all while maintaining speed, safety, and quality from start to finish.
