Grand Ridge Plaza at Issaquah Highlands is a LEED Silver Certified retail center situated on the mountainside of Washington’s Issaquah Alps. Robinson Construction Co. was contracted to construct six multi-tenant buildings totaling 45,000 SF, as well as tenant improvement build-outs for BevMo!, Frame Central, Francesca’s, and Civilized Nature. From preconstruction to project closeout, extensive coordination and construction management were required to deliver a project completed on time, within budget, and exceeding the expectations of Regency Centers and their tenants. This retail center has become the destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment just east of Seattle.
