The scope of work includes building shell, canopies, and interior tenant improvements.
Onsite work includes demolition, abatement if required, excavation import fill, grading, storm water drainage system with a retention pond, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, natural gas and electrical distribution systems, site lighting, curbs, pavement, striping, landscaping, irrigation, fencing and retaining walls. Fuel facility work includes 6 islands with one double sided fuel dispenser each, allowing for 12 automobile fueling positions.
