The 150,000 SF warehouse is a pre-engineered metal building with masonry and metal walls, metal roof system, and concrete slab on grade.
The building includes a pharmacy, food service, bakery, deli, hearing center and optical along with retail space. Sitework included 13 acres of landscaping, retaining walls and a concrete parking lot. Offsite work included tie into existing utilities, additional turn lanes, concrete pavement and landscaping on both City and State roads.
The fuel facility was also constructed onsite consisting of eight fuel dispensers, underground fuel storage tanks, concrete footings and slabs, canopy, controller enclosure and miscellaneous site improvements.
The Costco Dallas project was certified under the City of Dallas Green Building program and also met the City of Dallas Minority/Women Owned Business requirements with over 25% of work completed by MWBE contractors.
