This Four story luxury theater includes two kitchens, a restaurant and bar, and corporate office space located on Los Angeles’ famous Wilshire Blvd.
The building is situated between a high rise and a church with a parking structure below. Demolition of the existing two story building was done by hand and required shoring the parking garage and billboard located on the roof that had to remain.
