Peterkort Centre II - Portland, OR

Peterkort Centre II is a 6 story, 147,000 SF, “class A,” office building located at the major intersection of Highways 217 & 26.  The building features a high quality atrium lobby, fitness center, underground parking, adjacent surface and underground parking, and easy access to max lightrail line. Robinson was selected for the project due to extensive earth work experience, as the site not only required a massive filling operation but also extensive roadwork throughout.  Coordination efforts for Peterkort Centre II required continual communication with various governing agencies to ensure compliance while minimizing effect on traffic flow in the heavily traveled area.  Various tenant improvements continued on site as new occupants moved in.
