Sage View at St. Charles Medical Center

Bend, OR

This projecy consisted of an existing building that was turned into an Institutional Occupancy. Requirements included entire ceiling to be turned to a 1-hour rating, requiring sheetrock to be added, textured, and painted. The entire siding was also removed, extra layer of sheetrock added, siding replaced, and then repainted. There were several doors, rooms, flooring, and hallway handrails that were also added. All of work was completed while the Crisis Center was occupied by residents and administration staff members.

Kaiser Permanente - West Salem, OR

Founded in 1945, Kaiser Permanente is a nonprofit health plan with a total count of over 8 Million members to date, over 700 physicians and 100 plus dentists in the NW region.  The 15,000 SF medical office was completed in 2006 and has led to additional Kaiser Permanente projects such as exam rooms, sterile processing facilities, pharmacies, delivery walkways, scope rooms and more throughout the Pacific Northwest.
