This high-end high school consists of 290,000 SF including indoor gym, vast learning library, sports field, and the latest design concepts, teaching aids, materials, and equipment of any school in the area. Breathtaking views of sky and hills can be viewed by staff and students through various floor to ceiling windows. Structural elements consist of steel and concrete with an extensive brick veneer façade.

Multi-phase addition and renovation work was included in the Lake Oswego High School project. At a total of 240,000 SF, the prestigious high school boasts new classrooms, library, commons area, cafeteria, commercial-grade kitchen, performing arts theater, athletic facilities, offices and support spaces. Highlights from the school's athletic facilities include the main gym plus renovated auxiliary gym, 2,200 SF weights training space, 1,500 SF of aerobics space, locker rooms and associated offices.
