Toys “R” Us is the leading kids toy store for toys, educational toys, baby products, and more. This project includes demolition of existing building and new construction of high-end Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us retail facility all under one roof. Located in the highly acclaimed Jantzen Beach Super Center, the new facility is conveniently located near I-5 at the Washington/Oregon border. The new store will open to the public in October of 2008, sharing the spotlight with such well known retailers as Target, Linens N Things, Old Navy, and many others.
Costco Wholesale, Parker, CO
Slated to open in Summer 2008, the new Costco Wholesale facility is located in the highly acclaimed Crown Point development near Parker Adventist Hospital. The rapidly growing, affluent community of Parker, CO offers retailers and shoppers an extremely accessible location at the confluence of E-470 and Parker Road. According to Ben Snow, Executive Director for the Parker Economic Development Council, the planned location for Costco is of "critical geographic importance" in terms of future commercial development

A new Lowe’s is under way at the Southeast quadrant of Myhre Road and Mickelberry Road. The new Lowe’s store is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2008. Lowe’s is proud to offer more than 32,000 products under one roof. The home improvement store will have 102,000 square feet of retail sales space. An additional 28,700 square foot garden center will offer an impressive selection of flowers, bushes, trees and garden supplies tailored to the Washington lifestyle.

A new Lowe’s home improvement warehouse is currently under construction in Tempe, Arizona. Slated to open in December, 2008, the new store will have 116,000 square feet of retail sales space and a garden center that will offer an impressive selection of flowers, bushes, trees and garden supplies tailored to the Arizona climate and lifestyle.

Village Cinema Gold Class
Redmond, WA
Robinson Construction Co. is currently working with Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas to construct an elite 8-plex cinema that will offer a unique and high end movie-going experience. The theater is located in the Redmond Town Center and will include first class reclining armchairs and footrests, super wide screens, and Dolby Digital Surround Sound.
