The new retail store is located on a 20-acre parcel in coastal Warrenton, OR. The new building will replace the existing structure at approximately 134,000 SF. Nearly twice the size of the original store, the new Costco warehouse will create 50 additional jobs for the local community. In addition, the new warehouse will have the capability to hold 20% more merchandise.
Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas
Pasadena, CA
Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas in Pasadena, CA is a high end multi-plex that will offer a unique movie-going experience. The cinema will be located in the highly acclaimed "One Colorado" shopping plaza and includes first class reclining armchairs and footrests, super wide screens, and Dolby Digital Surround Sound. A trademark "must see" at One Colorado, the theater is designed to create an intimate and memorable experience. Robinson Construction Co. has recently completed construction of Lowe's of East Aurora, CO. The home improvement warehouse store includes 117,000 square feet of retail sales space. An additional 31,100 SF garden center offers an impressive selection of flowers, bushes, trees and garden supplies tailored to the Colorado climate and lifestyle. The store is estimated to create up to 175 new jobs for the community.
Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas
Austin, TX
With construction beginning in September 2009 and estimated 2010 completion date, the high end Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas multi-plex will offer the best of both worlds -- a classy restaurant and lounge with the conveniences of a first class cinema.
