Clatsop County Renovations

The historic Clatsop County Courthouse is being remodeled to accommodate the expanding state circuit courts. A new courtroom and associated offices will be created on the main floor. Care will be taken during this remodeling to maintain the character of this valuable historic and cultural structure while providing functional space to meet projected court and court-related requirements.  The work is being done in three phases including seismic, HVAC, window replacement, a new roof and tenant accommodations.  This phase will complete the work in the courthouse, including expanding office space for the District Attorney staff and space for court support.
