The Halyard Building - Hood River, OR

This light industrial building is the first of its kind for the Port of Hood River - an Oregon destination for windsurfing, kiteboarding and more. The 20,000 SF flex-use building will serve as mixed retail/office space along the Columbia River with a goal to meet LEED Silver requirements. Features will include wood-clad canopies, recessed entries, storefront windows, viewing garden and 10,650 gallon cistern to collect water from the roof for garden irrigation. The Halyard Building's style and tone will set the standard for future waterfront development in the area.
