Performing Arts and Education Building Arts and Communication Magnet Academy - Beaverton, OR
Beaverton School District's new 400-seat Performing Arts & Education Building is now underway. The facility is approximately 27,111 SF including CMU, brick veneer, storefront, curtain wall, theater lighting/rigging and interior finishes. Site work includes improved parking, bicycle spaces & landscaping. The Performing Arts & Education Building will not only provide more space
for students, but more space for staff, parents and community members who enjoy attending ACMA's performances. Construction will continue throughout the summer, with an opening planned for
January 2010.

Lake County Main Library
LAkeview, OR
Lake County's new main library project is currently underway. At approximately 10,000 SF with two-stories, the facility will consist of concrete and wood-frame with masonry veneer. The project broke ground in summer 2009 and will contain book and periodical stacks, an after-hours community room, a children's story area, and a reading area with a view of Black Cap to the east. The design melds a traditional look with modern technology and will incorporate elements of the geology, landscape, history and lifestyle of Lake County.

Pilot Butte Middle School Addition
Bend, OR
Robinson is currently completing Pilot Butte Middle School Addition and Site Improvements project for Bend La Pine School District. Construction includes the addition of 7,972 SF classroom wing with high-tech computer lab and art center, plus site work and removal of four existing modular buildings onsite. The scope of work also includes boiler plant revisions, site accessibility upgrades, bus loop and landscaping. Other features include new heated sidewalks, new upper field with basketball courts, softball, and soccer fields, a remodeled gym and new learning space.

Rosedale Elementary School
Hillsboro, OR
Rosedale Elementary School, tracking for LEED Gold certification, is Hillsboro School District's 27th Elementary School. New construction, 72,500 SF, tilt-up concrete/steel construction with associated athletic fields, utilities and landscaping. Sustainable features include a 25,000 gallon rainwater harvest tank for landscape irrigation from school roof, high efficiency heating/cooling systems and low flow water fixtures.

Grass Valley Elementary School
Camas, WA
A new elementary school for the Camas School District, Grass Valley Elementary School is a 70,000 SF facility with unique sustainable features. Colored glass tiles from local artist, Sara Hall, are embedded into photovoltaic cells to gather solar energy in hallway windows, plus a roof-top garden and energy-generating wind turbines are included.

Helen Baller Elementary School
Camas, WA
Located in Camas, WA, Helen Baller Elementary School is a new construction project built simultaneously with Grass Valley Elementary School for the Camas School District. The new school is 2-stories and wood-framed with metal siding. After construction, the existing school was raised and replaced with playing fields and additional parking.

Scouters Mountain Elementary School
Happy Valley, OR
Located in the Happy Valley region of Clackamas, OR, Scouters Mountain Elementary School is a 65,000 SF project with associated playing fields, roads and parking. The new school was constructed for North Clackamas School District.

Ponderosa Elementary School
Bend, OR
The new Ponderosa Elementary School will be adjacent to the 157 acre Pine Nursery Park and is owned by the Bend LaPine School District. At 67,400 SF and situated on 15 acres, the new school has capacity for 600 students and will consist of a main core (Gymnasium, Common Room, High-End Performing Arts Theater, Library, Offices, and Common Rooms) with four wings of classrooms/activity rooms branching off from the center.

Cascade Middle School Addition & Remodel, Bend, OR
This project includes the addition of a 10,000 SF Gymnasium and attached storage and restrooms; redevelopment of the existing parking and student drop-off zone, remodel to the Administration area and Entry, Life skills and SRC Classrooms; replacing the existing boiler systems; and upgrading the existing energy management systems to DDC controls.

Lincoln Street Elementary School Hillsboro, OR
Lincoln Street Elementary School is situated on property which previously housed Thomas Middle School. Located in historic downtown Hillsboro, features of the new school include an exterior design reminiscent of buildings in the historic neighborhood along with an archway from the original school. This project consists of a large gymnasium, through a partnership with the City of Hillsboro Parks and Recreation Department, to encourage community use during non-school hours. The new school will open for students in fall 2008 with 600 student capacity.

Kingston Elementary School
Bend, OR
Situated in the heart of Bend, Oregon, Kingston Elementary School's extensive addition and remodel are now under construction. New school enhancements include improvements for the District through the joining of three previously purchased properties and one newly purchased property. Phase 1b includes the construction of the new Administration wing and Phase 2 will complete the school's Renovation & Addition process.

Owens Hall Renovation Project
Klamath Falls, OR
This renovation project for OIT consists of extensive seismic and structural upgrades for Owens Hall, one of the primary academic classroom buildings on the Klamath Falls campus. The project includes bringing the existing structure into code compliance (accessibility, fire, life and safety, and seismic) plus energy efficiency as a SEED Class 1 Building.

Sherman County Public/School Library
Moro, OR
The Sherman County Public/School library will replace the existing structure as the main library for the area’s public schools and for the county.
